How Are Tips Claimed and Fighters Paid?

• Upon an event ending, any fighter that received tips may reach out to TapStats (via: fighters@tapstats.live) to collect their tips, verify their identity and fighter profile information, provide Tax ID, and sign all requisite legal documents.

• Upon completion of the above, TapStats will pay out tip balances to fighters via check, or where possible via automated payment methods.

• Fighters may claim tips up to 60-days after the completion of their event.

• Treatment and payment of taxes are the sole responsibility of fighters directly (TapStats complies with all required tax reporting).

What Happens to Unclaimed Tips?

• Unclaimed tips are returned to user account balances (i.e. to their TapStats account).

What Are the Fees?

• TapStats currently charges a 0% platform fee during our beta.

• Any and all processing expenses (including but not limited to credit card, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store fees) are the sole responsibility of the fighter and shall be deducted prior to payment, with such expenses clearly itemized in statements for full transparency.

• For clarity Apple’s App Store fees range from 15-30%.

Other & Disclaimer

• All tips that are the subject of complaints or related to disputes shall be held in escrow until such time as resolved.

• Tip payouts are subject to any and all compliance as may be required by various jurisdictions, regulation and app hosting platforms.
